1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our services.

2. Services Provided

Great Expansion Enterprise LLC is a Medical Third-Party Administrator (TPA) that provides medical testing administration and coordination services, including but not limited to clinical toxicology specimen collection, DNA testing coordination, and compliance program management.
All service details, pricing, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our website or services. You also agree not to misuse the website or engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information

  • Violating applicable healthcare, privacy, or testing regulations

  • Attempting to interfere with the functionality or security of the website or our systems

Any unauthorized use may result in termination of service and potential legal action.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments must be made according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. Payment is required prior to scheduling. All services are scheduled in service windows.

All sales are final once services are rendered or staffing has been confirmed. After-hours and weekend service fees are non-refundable once staffing and scheduling are confirmed, as these fees reflect staffing, administrative coordination, and reserved availability incurred regardless of service completion.

Mobile collection services are available upon request for an additional fee and are subject to availability. The standard Mobile Collection Fee includes one (1) appointment at one (1) location within a 25-mile service radius of Belleville, Illinois. Additional fees may apply for:

  • Travel beyond the 25-mile service radius

  • After-hours services

  • Weekend or holiday services

  • Special scheduling or expedited requests

  • Multiple locations or additional on-site stops

All mobile collection fees are non-refundable once scheduling and staffing have been confirmed, regardless of service completion.

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible collection address at the time of booking. Changes to the collection location, appointment time, or service details after confirmation may result in additional fees and are subject to availability.

 Great Expansion Enterprise LLC reserves the right to decline or reschedule mobile collection requests that fall outside the standard service radius or require additional accommodations.

Client no-shows or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible refunds.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A payment was made in error (duplicate charges or incorrect amount).

  • Great Expansion Enterprise LLC cancels a scheduled appointment and cannot reschedule within the originally reserved service window.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@greatexpansionent.com within (7) business days of the original transaction.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Expansion Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profits, data, or business interruption; or delays caused by factors beyond our control such as weather, transportation issues, regulatory inspections, or third-party laboratory delays.

6. No Medical Advice

The information provided on our website is for informational and administrative purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All testing and results are conducted in partnership with certified laboratories and healthcare professionals as applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the exclusive property of Great Expansion Enterprise LLC or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our site or services, you consent to such data practices.

9. Third-Party Links
